Kenneth Oppel

Kenneth Oppel is the Author of many books, including Airborn, Skybreaker, and the Silverwing trilogy.  He was born on August 31, 1967 in British Columbia.  He first started writing in Highschool, where he published Colin's Fantastic Video Adventure in 1985.  He turned the story into Roald Dahl, one of the family friends.  Dahl then recommended Oppel to his agent, where he began his writing carreer.
